Richard Holland is a recruitment consultant with twenty years' experience working with clients in the commercial, professional services and not-for-profit sectors. Richard started his career in 1986 with an international financial recruitment specialist. He then spent ten years with Arthur Andersen where he was Director of Resourcing for the UK Business Consulting Division. More recently, Richard has worked for a search firm operating in the professional services sector, and a not-for-profit specialist.

A business graduate, Richard is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). He also has a Certificate in Counselling and is a Trustee of a national medical charity.
